6ddd Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and User Obligations

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all related 6ddd policies unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and maintain a 6ddd Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a 6ddd employee;
• You do not already hold an active or suspended 6ddd Account under any identity;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You are not using funds derived from criminal activity to fund your Account.

6ddd conducts CNIC-based identity verification as a mandatory step in the account activation process. Providing false, altered, or borrowed identity documents is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of discovery. Where document fraud is suspected, 6ddd may report the matter to the appropriate authorities.

6ddd is committed to preventing underage gambling. If you have reason to believe a minor is accessing the platform using your credentials or device, you must notify 6ddd support immediately and secure your account credentials. Parental control software is strongly recommended for households with children.

Account Registration & KYC

Each individual may register one (1) Account on the 6ddd platform. Multiple registrations — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — are strictly prohibited. 6ddd uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended pending review.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your CNIC number, your date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number (used for verification and two-factor authentication), and a valid email address. You must notify 6ddd promptly if any of this information changes.

Account activation and full functionality — including real-money deposits, betting, and withdrawals — are conditional upon successful completion of the KYC process. KYC requires submission of:

• A clear photograph or scan of your National Identity Card (CNIC) — both front and back;
• A selfie or live photo for biometric comparison purposes;
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa account matching the mobile number on file).

6ddd processes KYC submissions within one (1) business day for standard cases. Complex cases involving additional document requests may take up to five (5) business days. You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials. 6ddd will never ask for your password via chat, email, or any other channel. You must notify 6ddd immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

Deposits & Payments

All deposits into your 6ddd Account are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 6ddd supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani users: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank, and Visa debit cards. Additional payment methods may be introduced or withdrawn at 6ddd's discretion without prior notice.

A minimum deposit threshold applies to all deposit methods. The current minimum deposit amount is displayed on the deposit screen within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method. 6ddd does not charge a platform-side fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.

• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your 6ddd Balance within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan) may take up to two (2) hours to reflect in your Balance during standard banking hours.
• All deposit transactions are subject to automated anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering screening. Deposits flagged for review may be held pending manual verification.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name — matching the name on your verified CNIC — are accepted. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

6ddd reserves the right to impose deposit limits at the platform level for responsible gaming purposes, and Users may additionally set personal deposit limits from within their Account settings at any time. Once a personal deposit limit is reduced, the reduction takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a personal deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied.

Withdrawals & Payout Rules

Withdrawals from your 6ddd Account are processed in PKR to a payment method registered in your own name. 6ddd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The withdrawal method must match a method previously used to deposit, unless KYC review determines an alternative is appropriate.

A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed within your Account dashboard. Withdrawals below the minimum threshold cannot be processed. The following processing timelines apply under normal operating conditions for fully KYC-verified accounts:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Typically 5 to 15 minutes from submission;
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank Transfer: Same business day for submissions received before 5:00 PM PKT; next business day for later submissions;
• Visa Debit Card: 1 to 3 business days depending on issuing bank processing times.

6ddd reserves the right to request additional verification documents prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large-value withdrawals, or withdrawals to a new payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven (7) calendar days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to your Account Balance.

Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in automatic forfeiture of the Bonus Funds component of your balance.

Bonuses & Promotions

6ddd offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered users from time to time. The availability, value, and specific terms of each promotion — including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions, and expiry dates — are set out in the individual promotion terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and an individual promotion's specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 6ddd promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available to one eligible account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address;
• Bonus Funds must be wagered in full before any part of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• Maximum bet limits apply during active bonus wagering — placing bets exceeding the maximum bet restriction while a bonus is active may result in bonus forfeiture;
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages per game type are published in each promotion's terms;
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the time limit specified in the promotion terms;
• 6ddd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice where abuse or technical error is suspected.

Gameplay Rules & Fairness

All casino games available on the 6ddd platform — including live dealer tables, slot titles, table games, and instant-win products — are sourced from certified game providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and live dealer operations have been independently audited and certified for fairness by recognised testing laboratories.

Game outcomes on the 6ddd platform are determined solely by certified RNG systems or live physical game mechanics (in the case of live dealer products). 6ddd does not interfere with, influence, or manipulate game outcomes in any way. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published within the game information sections of the platform.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay:

• Any bet that cannot be confirmed as having been placed and accepted by the platform's game server prior to the malfunction will be voided and the staked amount returned to the User's Balance;
• Any game round that was in progress at the time of a confirmed system error will be resolved using the last valid game state recorded by the platform's server logs;
• 6ddd's determination of the correct resolution in cases of technical dispute is final, subject to the formal complaints procedure set out in Clause 15.

Sports Betting Rules

The 6ddd sportsbook covers cricket — including PSL, Pakistan international fixtures, T20 leagues, and domestic competitions — as well as other sports markets. All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market type as published on the platform. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with market-specific rules before placing bets.

General sportsbook rules applicable to all sports betting markets on 6ddd:

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market; current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement;
• Odds are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed and a Bet ID is issued; the odds displayed at confirmation are the odds at which the bet is settled;
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the platform's real-time availability; 6ddd reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time;
• Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or voided, affected bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules;
• Manifest errors in odds — including odds that are clearly incorrect due to human or technical error — are not valid and any bets placed at such odds may be voided by 6ddd at its discretion;
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place sports bets is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6ddd platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. 6ddd reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the Account of any User found to have engaged in any prohibited activity, and to void any bets placed and forfeit any balance accrued in connection with such activity.

• Registering more than one Account for any purpose;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity, age, or payment documentation;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Allowing any third party — including family members — to access or operate your Account;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform for any money laundering purpose;
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated play with other Users in any game;
• Using or attempting to use any software, algorithm, exploit, or technical manipulation to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to guarantee profit through bonus exploitation;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 6ddd staff or other platform users via any communication channel;
• Attempting to access, probe, or test the security of any 6ddd system, server, or network without prior written authorisation.

Account Suspension & Termination

6ddd reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder;
• Receipt of a third-party notification that the Account holder is deceased or lacks legal capacity;
• Legal or regulatory obligation requiring account closure.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the Balance will be frozen during the investigation period. If investigation clears the User of any breach, the Account will be reinstated and the Balance restored in full. Where a breach is confirmed, 6ddd may forfeit part or all of the Balance in proportion to the nature and extent of the breach, after deducting any withdrawal or processing costs incurred.

Users who wish to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting 6ddd support via live chat or email. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within one (1) business day. Any remaining real-money Balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the User's verified payment method after applicable processing timelines.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 6ddd platform — including but not limited to the 6ddd brand name, logo, visual design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, icons, audio, and video content — is the exclusive intellectual property of 6ddd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 6ddd platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 6ddd platform or its content. Any unauthorised use of 6ddd intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

Privacy & Data Use

6ddd collects, processes, and stores User personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering a 6ddd Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data use principles applicable to all 6ddd Users:

• Your CNIC details, mobile number, and banking information are used exclusively for identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance — they are never sold to third parties;
• Transaction data and gameplay records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years in accordance with AML compliance obligations;
• 6ddd uses cookies and session data to maintain platform functionality and personalise your experience — see the Privacy Policy for full cookie disclosure;
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting 6ddd support, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6ddd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if 6ddd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6ddd's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

6ddd does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or secure from all external threats. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, and force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions for which 6ddd accepts no liability beyond refunding any affected stakes where a game outcome cannot be determined.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Responsible Gaming

6ddd is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. We recognise that while the vast majority of our users enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment, a small number of individuals may develop problematic gambling behaviours. 6ddd takes this responsibility seriously and provides a comprehensive suite of tools to help users maintain control over their gaming activity.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the maximum duration of any single gaming session. The platform will automatically log you out when your limit is reached.
• Reality Checks: Configure periodic on-screen reminders displaying your session duration and net wagering position.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, your Account cannot be accessed for real-money gaming.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 6ddd platform for a minimum period of six (6) months or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Any attempt to register a new account during an active self-exclusion period will result in immediate closure of the new account.

Disputes & Complaints

6ddd is committed to resolving User complaints fairly, promptly, and transparently. If you have a dispute relating to your Account, a game outcome, a transaction, or any other aspect of the 6ddd platform, the following process applies:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to the 6ddd support team via live chat or email in the first instance. Include your Account username, a description of the issue, the relevant date and time, and any supporting screenshots or reference numbers. Our target first response time is 3 to 5 minutes via live chat.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your issue is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, escalate it as a formal complaint by requesting escalation to the complaints team. Formal complaints are reviewed by a senior team member and a written response is provided within five (5) business days.
3. Step 3 — Final Review: If you remain unsatisfied following the formal complaint response, you may request a final internal review. The final review decision is issued within ten (10) business days and constitutes 6ddd's final position on the matter.

All disputes relating to sports betting outcomes, game results, or technical malfunctions must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims submitted outside this window may be declined on the grounds of lateness. 6ddd maintains detailed server-side logs of all game rounds and transactions, which form the primary evidence base for any dispute resolution process.

Amendments to Terms

6ddd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects User rights or obligations — 6ddd will provide at least seven (7) calendar days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the platform and, where practicable, via email to the address registered on your Account.

Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change substantive meaning, or additions of new optional services — may be made without prior notice and take effect upon publication. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document will always reflect the date of the most recent amendment.

Your continued use of the 6ddd platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may close your Account prior to the amendment's effective date to receive a full refund of your real-money Balance.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 6ddd is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that is not resolved through the complaints procedure in Clause 15 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. Where any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
